74 times this word appears in the Old Testament, most of them in the book of Psalms. Scholars aren’t 100 percent sure what it means, but the consensus is that this word probably refers to a musical pause, a rest in the melody.

It’s silence in the middle of a song.

During this message, we will highlight the importance of rest, relaxation, and renewal.
