and eventually we die.

Is it possible to live out our days having never really experienced the voyage that God intends?

What does that voyage look like,

and how do we ensure that we’ve lived it?

Drawing on the image of ships and the stories of three different sailors in the Bible - Noah, Jonah, and Peter - we will see how we can embark on the voyage for which we were made.

Mission & Vision

At Platte City United Methodist Church, our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Our vision is to share God's love with ALL in the community through worship, missions and small groups. We focus on families with school age children and youth, especially those without a church home.
