Sisters In Christ - A Women's Group

​

The Sister's In Christ group meets in the Church Library at 6:30 pm on the first and third Monday evening of the month for a time of prayer, fellowship, and study. Elyse McInteer will lead the study, "12 Daring Women of the Bible" discussing the spiritual lessons learned from these women and what they mean for us today. You can sign up by calling the office at 816-858-2441 or emailing the Church office. Or, simply join us!

​Brothers in Christ AT - A Men’s Group)

 

Meets weekly on Thursdays at David Tucker’s house (13380 N Highway) at 6:30 pm. All men are invited. They began a new study begins on February 27, the Gospel of Mark and what it means to follow Jesus. Filmed on location in the Holy Land, each week there will be a video teaching with Francis Chan from RightNow Media. The Practicing the Way Course

How do we become more like Jesus? How do we follow Him today when we are busy, in a hurry, and distracted with all our devices? This eight-week course, led by Pastor Robert, will provide teaching, guided take conversation and spiritual exercises designated to help us be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do as He did. 

There will be two options to this weekly course:

  • Wednesdays, 9:30 am - January 22 through April 9 OR

  • Wednesdays, 6:30 pm - January 22 through April 9 (No evening class on March 19)

God's Love Alive in You

This Bible study will be exploring the books of James 1,2,3 John and Philemon to learn about God’s love alive in us. The study will be led by Joyce Cashier, and meets on Tuesday at 6:30 pm in the Library.
